Legal Defense Review | $100 Lifetime Membership
Are you paying $500 a year for fear?
CCU is not insurance. It is a Union that protects concealed carriers.
You need people behind you. You need a Union Rep. You need a pathway to Legal Defense review when lawful self-defense is challenged, and Legal Offense review when government actors violate your rights.
You do not need another overpriced annual fear plan.
Legal Defense review. Legal Offense review. Union power.
Why So Cheap?
Because this is a Union, not a fear product.
Traditional self-defense plans can charge hundreds every year because fear is profitable. CCU looks at the numbers differently.
Most responsible concealed carriers will never need a full post-shooting legal defense. That does not make Legal Defense review unimportant. It means the price should not be built around panic.
- One-time lifetime membership
- Union Rep support
- Review Board eligibility
- Whole-carrier protection stack
Accepted Cases
No preset legal fee caps. No preset bail limits. No clawbacks if accepted.
Some companies sell protection by throwing giant numbers at you. CCU does not play that game. If the CCU Legal Defense Board accepts your case, CCU does not start with a preset legal fee cap, a preset bail limit, or a clawback threat on approved expenses.
Responsible Members
Not every case is automatically accepted. Not every case should be.
CCU does not exist to defend criminals, reckless conduct, unlawful violence, or bad shoots. The Legal Defense Board exists to protect the Union, protect responsible members, and make sure member resources are used for cases that deserve Union support.
If CCU accepts your case, we stand behind that decision.
Two Funds. One Mission.
The shield defends members. The sword fights back.
Legal Defense Fund
The Legal Defense Fund prioritizes defending responsible CCU members when they face legal consequences from an accepted self-defense or concealed-carry-related event.
Legal Offense Fund
The Legal Offense Fund is how CCU fights back, recovers expenses, and grows the Union by pursuing claims against people, agencies, and systems that violate members' rights.
The Model
So how does CCU make money?
By suing the folks messing with our members.
CCU is not built to squeeze concealed carriers with inflated annual payments. We are not here to get rich off our members. We are here to get paid fighting for them.
We do not make our profit from members. We make our profit by suing the folks messing with our members.
Also Included
The rest of the $100 stack is still there.

Protect | Support | DefendCCU is not insurance and does not sell insurance or coverage. Legal Defense and Legal Offense benefits are discretionary and subject to CCU membership terms, eligibility requirements, case facts, member conduct, mission fit, counsel review, Legal Defense/Offense Review Board approval, available resources, and program restrictions. Not every case will be accepted. Membership does not guarantee legal representation, payment of fees, bail assistance, litigation funding, or a specific outcome unless a matter is reviewed and accepted under CCU's governing terms.
